Our Story

Named “Chef of the Year” and “Bartender of the Year” by the Chicago Tribune in 2016, Hickey and Phillips, both of The Duck Inn and previously Bottlefork, continue their collaborative partnership to open a late-night cocktail destination unique to Chicago.

Motivated by their successful previous concepts which have earned local and national praise and recognition, the partners have created a premium Italian beverage and food program complimented by an intimate atmosphere, to develop a concept that will transport after-work and late-night guests to a social space unlike any Chicago currently offers.
